Operation startup: September 10th, 1997.
Business fields:
Vietnamese seafarer recruitment, training and supply for Nippon Steel Shipping’s fleet;
 Radar/ARPA and GMDSS training courses organizing for Vietnamese seafarers under the authority of Vietnam Maritime University.

VINIC is a Vietnamese limited liability company. Among its members, Vietnam Maritime University contributes 70% of the company’s authorized capital.
Business fields:
Acting as a manning agent for overseas employers to recruit Vietnamese seafarers.
Dispatching Vietnamese seafarers to work onboard overseas under contracts as authorized in the service licence issued by the Ministry of Labour - Invalids and Social Affairs.
